The selection is thought to satisfy all consumers’ tastes, in different moments of the day and for a variety of meals.
100% ARABICA
Full cup, medium acidity, high texture and persistence at the palate. Sweet taste of toasted bread. To be tasted without sugar in a normal cup.
ROSSA
A full-bodied coffee as the most traditional Italian espresso, with spicy of chocolate flavour, ideal for “ristretto”, cappuccino or a cup with a drop of milk for “macchiato”.
ORO
Blend composed of 85% arabica, round velvety taste, rich and intense aroma. Leaves an harmonious and complete aftertaste.
VERDE
Strong coffee, extremely creamy, consistent and strong. Perfect for the end of the meal, to be tasted “ristretto” or espresso.
BLU
Rich and full-bodied, pleasing to the palate thanks to the right balance between sourness, sweetness and acidity note. Intense after taste. Suitable for an espresso cup.
DECAFFEINATED
Medium-dark roasted coffee, which presents all the typical notes of true Italian espresso: intense and persistent cream with a strong flavour. For those who don’t want to give up the pleasure of an espresso.
GOLD
Classic blend, balanced between arabica and robusta quality. Beautiful presence in the cup with persistent cream and strong taste.
SPECIAL
Blend composed of 80% arabica but more delicate and lighter than the ORO. The taste is light on the palate. Suitable for pastry shops.
